Warranty Terms

• 1.All cameras and recorders carry a 2 years limited warranty and the duration is calculated based on the delivery date from our factory. All accessories carry a 1 year limited warranty and the duration is calculated based on the delivery date from our factory.


• 2.During the warranty period, we will provide free maintenance services for defects caused by our production. Beyond the warranty period or for problems not caused by our production, we provides maintenance services for a fee.


• 3.For the defective products repaired by IRLAB free of charge, we shall bear the direct transportation cost from the customers to IRLAB, the repaired products will be shipped to customers along with their next shipment of goods. For long-term cooperative customers in need, we can provide a reasonable amount of buffer for customers’ replacement.
