give priority to supplying us. In order to help customers reduce product costs, we also take the initiative to help customers find low-cost alternative
materials.
- For products designed for customers, we will work closely with customers to procure the materials required for production. The procurement of materials
is arranged according to the reservation status of products, the procurement cycle of materials, the supply situation of the market, the value of materials
and future changes. The key is to ensure that there are enough materials to meet production, and at the same time to minimize the amount of remaining
materials. In order to achieve this, our supply chain management team will provide purchasing advice to customers in advance according to the bill of
materials, and our team is also able to purchase some materials immediately to meet special requirements.
